Attorney Lewis S. Victor is the founder of the practice and a well-respected Massachusetts attorney with over 40 years’ experience. Attorney Victor received his Juris doctorate (JD) in 1974 from Suffolk University Law School where he was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University in Worcester.


Lew has served as an Assistant District Attorney, former President of the United Ways of Massachusetts, former President of the Plymouth County Bar Association, and President of the Brockton Rotary Club.


Lew was the 1995 recipient of the Plymouth County Bar Association Community Service Award and has spent his career committed to community service both through his work in the legal field and his involvement in community organizations such as the Rotary Club. Since passing the Massachusetts bar and being admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1974, Lew has maintained an eclectic law practice in a variety of fields including, but not limited to complex estate planning, real estate conveyancing, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury claims, probate and family law, divorce and child custody, corporate litigation, business transactions and consulting, criminal defense, and social security and disability appeals.
